Our Shire hosts two official events each year: Blades and Blarney in February and Northern Region War Camp on the Fourth of July weekend.
Additionally, pot luck unevents are generally held in Crandall Park's pavilion sometimes in the Spring and again in the Autumn.
Among the many demos we are requested to do, the Water Walk held by the Rotary of Glens Falls is during "Clean Water Week" in May. Last year's Walk raised $25,000 for gravity water filters for Haiti. This year's walk will be held on May 10, 2008 and will benefit Guatemala.
