TThis Domesday Book is part of the historical record of the Shire of Glenn Linn. Since the first thought given to creating a shire back in 1988, up to the present day, many individuals have called Glenn Linn home. Some spent many years helping build and grow the shire while others came and went far too briefly. All have in one way or another contributed to what Glenn Linn is today, because a shire is less a geographic location and more a heritage of the people who have made it strong. Because of this, we wish to recognize, honor and thank all of those who have come before us and upon whose legacy we continue to grow.

Below we have listed (as far as research has allowed us to determine) every member of Glenn Linn along with the years that they were actively part of the shire. While some members names have changed over the years, we have listed them here under the names that they used when they were initially members (no titles are included in order to save space). Individuals are considered to be members during any year where there was evidence of such. Evidence would include mention in the Cascadian or other groups news letters, mention in Glenn Linn or other groups Yahoo! groups or on line discussion forums, bulletin boards and similar places. In addition, mention in news articles or web pages (as a member of Glenn Linn) and through direct anecdotal reference by the member or other members was also looked at.

If you or someone you know of should either be included or removed from this list, please contact the Chronicler and advise them of the proposed inclusion or exclusion. Include the reason for the change and any necessary information.

List of Members & Alumni

Over the course of its life the Shire has gone through several phases with members coming and going over time. I have tried to place members into specific groupings to illustrate when and where they participated in relationship to these phases by listing them with colors. Keep in mind that the "phases" are a construct based upon the number of members and amount of activities occurring at any given time. The color of time line "blocks" represent the following:

UNIVERAL: Applies to all phases
White: Presumed to be a member based upon family affiliation or mention in records as a member both earlier and later.

PHASE ONE: Birth, Growth, Decline and Transition
Green: Original founding member from the Glens Falls area D&D gaming group.
Blue-Green: Original founding member part of Gaming Group and Brewers Keep
Blue: Original founding member transplanted from Brewers Keep
Orange: Original member joining after Crandall Library meeting in Nov of 1988
Yellow: Post-founding members
Brown: Transition Period members

SECOND PHASE: Growth, Decline and Transition
Red: Second Growth and Expansion
Purple: Second Transition period

THIRD PHASE: Yet to be seen
Pink: Second Growth and Expansion?
