The Family cap applies to two adults and their non-adult, immediate (legal) family members.
For Example:
A married or non-married couple and all their children (Yes)
A single parent, one adult child and the remainder of the non-adult children (Yes)
An adult couple, two adult children and the remainder of their non-adult children (No)
A single parent, their four adult children and the next door neighbor Bob (No).
A single parent, their children and several of their childrens close friends. (No)
A colony of 20 adult bohemian artists living together as a family and their dog Mr. Mutton Chop. (No)
Please Note: While no feast or dayboard is provided, there will be the usual snacks and beverages available at the martialed activities. Additionally, local restaurants and grocery shopping can be found nearby. Welcome stew will be available Friday evening in the mead hall on a first come, first served bases at no charge. So if you arrive Friday and do not feel like cooking dinner, drop by for some stew and fellowship.
Minors unaccompanied by their parents will need to bring the following wavers:

For each person pre-registering, please include names (mundane and SCAdian), indication of adult, youth or child, membership information (copy proof of membership or indicate that you are not a member) and local group affiliation. Please also include an address, phone number and/or email address so we may contact you if necessary.
