• Business Meetings •

The time and location of each monthly meeting is determined at the previous months meeting. In the past, meetings were all held at the same location but consideration is now being given to individuals who live throughout the Shire lands and meetings will travel throughout the Shire over the course of the year.

The Shire Business Meetings are held to discuss shire and society business, event planning and organization and other topics pertinent to the operation of Glenn Linn. Some time is also set aside for general socializing and the sharing of news and other information. All are welcome to attend. You do not need to be a member of the SCA or an active member of the Shire or even live within the Shire to attend the business meeting. If however yu do live within the Shire, Glenn Linn is your local SCA chapter and as such should represent you and facilitate your interests. Coming to the business meeting is a great way to let the Shire know what types of activities you would like to see in the future.
